Here Roy took Johanna through the factory. She was the receptionist at this point - later became our buyer. It was the day before Christmas. Roy told her that she is in front all the time and has never been through the factory. So, he invited her and took her around and showed her every process.

Work on meat preservation technology in West Africa led me to ancient recipes from Mesopotamia and the discovery of a startling similarity in one particular method or process. The application of the specific method in Mesopotamia had to do with plant-based food and not meat.

The Beauty of Ile Ife. Last weekend I visited this ancient African city where the heavens, the earth and the underworld intersect. Where mythology, history and the present coexist!
