The Kolbroek pig of the Western Cape and the Kune Kune of New Zealand represent two indigenous pigs with an enigmatic pasts.

In this short series, I present my work on the subject of heritage breeds.  While I am at it, I learn about breeding pigs and the history of the different breeds.
