My lab! 🤣🤣💫💫💥💥

Too much stress and two days ago i thought i am having a stroke after a contractor told me "counting 20 small units on the floor is not his job!" My Dr assured me I was not having a stoke but told me I serously have to calm down and he suggested I take Rescue Remedy or similar OTC medication. Instead, Daniel Grové and I made our way to a local pub after work yesterday where i discovered a calabash of palm wine and a few stoute beers do the trick as well, if not better. This morning i feel like a new man! I mailed my Dr and shared the better prescription with him! 🤣🤣

Celebrating a major achievement in Lagos with Jaco, Krish and John. Worked on the machine for 3 days from earl till 7:00 pm. Had to make a call - another two hours and we had to walk away from it. There was no more time. As we started to make arrangements for the machine not being ready, and security started locking up, in the last minutes the team cracked it! Cleared the final hurdle! Was an honour seeing you guys in action! What makes Nigeria different; what I have never experienced is such full, wholehearted participation from the entire team! From the first minute there were for every single problem 5 suggestions; 5 people who studied the manual. 5 people who kept validating previous work and working through the options. Full, 100% attention and energy directed at only one problem. Sustained for 3 long days! Nigerians are absolutely remarkable people and Krish and Jaco are at the top of their game. Even John! Three brilliant leaders! Jaco is exceptional in how he teaches! I have honestly never worked with such a team! Above average! World class!

I am thankful for every person I could share a smile with today. My Artee friends who brought me along to the celebration of community and faith. Enriched by the stories of Anil.

Here Roy took Johanna through the factory. She was the receptionist at this point - later became our buyer. It was the day before Christmas. Roy told her that she is in front all the time and has never been through the factory. So, he invited her and took her around and showed her every process.
